Alexander the Great had stress, but usually just conquered other kingdoms to get over it. That is just not appropriate now as she says, but it sure worked well for Alexander.

Every organism- humans, plants, animals and etc. come from the same exact original cell. The theory was pronounced by Charles Darwin and accepted as a scientific document later on. Meaning..you have same DNA with every living thing in this world. The concept of karma yet solves another piece of a puzzle. Wishing others well, you get well. Wishing others evil, you get evil. What one critics in others, those are his precise flaws..How one sees the world, that is exactly how one sees himself..

Mainstream psychology is broke, their methodology is a joke. The “anger management” concept is flawed & should be outlawed, as it is thoroughly ineffective & harmful to both individual & collective. Anger is as a bomb about to explode, & every bomb has a built in fuse. Theirs is the practice of the confused as common sense tells you it should be defused, Yet, they suggest you juggle it & hope for the best, or take a pill & get some rest. IF the offering of anger is refused the bomb is defused.

When anything or anyone threatens us with the truth of our essential fragmentation, the quickest, easiest, and most common defense available—to hide the truth of our weakness and to give the illusion that we possess some sort of power—is aggression…

Some of the comments here are so ignorant, disrespectful and offensive that if I had made the video I’d regret ever trying to help these low-lifes who don’t deserve it anyway.

The one thing you want to avoid at all costs when stressed out is pure SUGAR! The kind found in candy. You need to eat healthfully when under extreme stress because stress compromises the immune system which is why stressed out people who eat sugar feel so burned out. If U R under extreme stress avoid sugar as if it were poison. iT iS.

In my opinion this is a well researched informative video. I know firsthand that stress can kill. My husband worked in a high stress environment & he dropped dead way too young. His sudden passing was a shock. I experienced the stress symptoms she’s talking about.
